Depart the US via Austrian Airlines for Salzburg.

Monday, December 22, 2008
Arrival in Salzburg and transfer to the deluxe Hotel Goldener Hirsch, the finest in Salzburg. A Mozart concert will await you this evening at the Hohensalzburg Fortress, followed by dinner.

Tuesday, December 23, 2008
The day will begin with a walking tour of Salzburg, the picture-perfect “City of Music.” You will explore the historic Old City, a warren of narrow streets guarded by Hohensalzburg, a fairy-tale-like castle and fortress. Included in the tour will be a visit to the Dom-Museum which, in honor of Mozart (born in Salzburg), is featuring a special exhibit called “Salzburg during Mozart’s Lifetime.” You will also visit the house where Mozart was born, and the festive Christmas Market. Evening is free.

Wednesday, December 24, 2008
Half-day excursion to the “Silent Night Chapel” followed by lunch at Schloss Fuschl, a beautiful castle in the lake district of Salzburg.

This evening you will have a gala Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel, followed by Midnight Mass.

Thursday, December 25, 2008
Full-day excursion into a “Winter Wonderland”including lunch in a rustic Alpine inn and a horse-drawn sleigh ride.

This evening you attend a special Christmas concert followed by dinner.

Friday, December 26, 2008
This morning you will depart by motor coach for Vienna. En-route you will visit the magnificent Abbey of Melk. After a delicious lunch you will continue to Vienna and the Hotel Imperial.

Reservation:
To reserve space, please mail us the completed reservation form with a $1,000 deposit per person.

Final Payment:
Due no later than 120 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 120 days or more prior to departure, a full refund less a handling fee of $500 per person will be made. For cancellations received less than 120 days prior to departure, the cancellation fees per person are as follows: 120-90 days prior to departure - 20% of the total cost; 89-60 days prior to departure - 50% of the total cost; 59 or fewer days prior to departure - 100% of the total cost. All cancellations must be received in writing. No partial refunds can be made. No refunds will be made as a result of airline delays, labor strife, Acts of God or other events over which we have no control.

What’s Included:
Transfers, sightseeings and excursions as outlined in the itinerary by deluxe motorcoach and expert guides; hotel accommodations as selected; meals with wine and coffee as outlined in the itinerary; best tickets to the Ball, opera and concerts.

Not Included:
Air transportation, passport expenses, baggage/accident cancellation insurance. Items of a personal nature.

We offer trip cancellation insurance at extra cost, which we strongly recommend.
